About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Delphi HR-Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our construction department and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operational management of the construction department and work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technical professionals to develop and implement construction strategies and projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders, including project planning, design, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, project leadership, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
