Your role includes:

• Managing and supervising development initiatives in pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, medical devices, and nutrition
• Formulating comprehensive project schedules utilizing MS Projects (PWA)
• Serving as the main liaison for clients throughout project execution
• Ensuring effective collaboration for successful project delivery
• Assisting in the creation and revision of technical documentation
• Monitoring budgetary information and conducting analyses
• Designing onboarding strategies and aiding new team members

Your profile:

• Degree in natural sciences such as chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or similar disciplines
• Experience in the regulated pharmaceutical sector (GMP) and product development
• Leadership capabilities and expertise in team management
• Creative mindset with strong financial oversight skills
• Practical approach complemented by sound judgment
• Proficient communication skills in both German and English
• Skilled in MS Office and SAP applications
