Your role

As a Project Manager for Pharmaceutical Development, you will oversee and manage development projects in pharmaceuticals, supplements, medical devices, and dietetics. You will create detailed project plans using MS Projects (PWA) and act as the primary contact for customers during project execution.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of technical documents
  • Develop onboarding plans and support new team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a natural science field, such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy
  • Experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry (GMP) and product development
  • Leadership skills and knowledge in employee management
  • Innovative mindset and strong cost management abilities
  • Effective communication skills in English and German
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
