Job Title: Client Services Manager
About the Role:
The Client Services Manager is a key member of the Cielo Talent team, responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional service to clients across multiple accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the client's organization, including building relationships with key stakeholders and organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to provide high-quality services focused on exceeding client expectations
- Develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies, including passive candidate outreach and recruitment marketing plans
- Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to ensure successful client onboarding
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive recruiting strategy
- Drive team performance by setting clear goals, assessing progress, and providing coaching and feedback
- Establish regular communications with direct reports and provide in-the-moment feedback
- Complete performance management processes, including providing feedback and addressing gaps
- Develop and track key metrics and analytics to inform decision-making
Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management background
- Experience as a CSM or relevant leadership experience
- Exposure to various recruitment technologies, including ATS and social media tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
