Wir suchen einen visionären und dynamischen Country Manager, der die Geschicke unserer Unternehmensaktivitäten in Deutschland vorausschauend lenkt und neue Maßstäbe im Markt setzt.

Strategische Marktaufstellung und Ausbau der EWL-Strukturen

Der Country Manager wird strategische Entscheidungen treffen, um die Marktposition von EWL Solutions PSA in Deutschland zu stärken und die Unternehmensstrategie umzusetzen.

Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Unternehmensstrategien

Der Country Manager wird innovative Strategien entwickeln, um Verkaufs- und Rekrutierungsziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.

Repräsentation unserer Unternehmensinteressen

Der Country Manager wird unsere Unternehmensinteressen in Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und staatlichen Institutionen vertreten.

Identifikation und Maximierung von Geschäftschancen

Der Country Manager wird Geschäftschancen identifizieren und maximieren, um den Unternehmenserfolg zu steigern.

Kontinuierliche Analyse und Anpassung

Der Country Manager wird kontinuierlich Marktrends, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Preisstrukturen analysieren und anpassen, um die Unternehmensstrategie zu optimieren.

Profil und Anforderungen

Der Country Manager sollte über 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR-Management haben, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in leitenden Positionen. Er sollte verhandlungssicheres Englisch sprechen und die Fähigkeit haben, auf allen Unternehmensebenen zu kommunizieren.

Der Country Manager sollte ein ausgeprägtes Geschäftsverständnis haben und die Fähigkeit haben, HR-Strategien effektiv in Geschäftserfolge zu übersetzen.

Er sollte Erfahrung in der Schaffung und Pflege einer starken Unternehmenskultur haben und Expertise in Talentmanagement und Nachfolgeplanung besitzen.

Der Country Manager sollte starke Problemlösungs- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten haben und in der Lage sein, autonom zu handeln und Entscheidungen zu treffen.
