Job Summary:We are seeking a committed and motivated leader to execute our commercial strategy, manage day-to-day activities, and expand our presence in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop an execution plan to optimize value levers in Germany, including tender and non-tender business.
- Develop and execute a product launch strategy, including marketing, inventory, contracting, and pricing.
- Manage open house contracts with monthly reports.
- Plan and implement marketing activities.
- Monitor public tenders and current tender calendars.
- Prepare tender offers.
- Maintain pricing strategy and Lauer Taxe.
- Track and monitor discount settlements for tenders and open house contracts.
- Create monthly reports and track tenders won.
- Plan and coordinate product launches.
- Manage customer relationships with wholesalers and sick funds.
- Interface with logistics service providers.
- Closely cooperate with production and logistics in India.
- Closely cooperate with the finance department in India for timely payments and monthly reporting.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy or Health Economics).
- Long-standing professional experience in Tender Management, especially in the German pharmaceutical market.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L management, and current industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing impactful business strategies.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong communication skills, team player, results-oriented, and independent working.
