Our client, a prominent distributor of one of the leading Champagne brands globally, is looking for a dedicated professional to enhance their vibrant team.
- Independently manage accounts payable and receivable, along with general ledger accounting, including the documentation of business transactions in the accounting software.
- Assist in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Compile statistics, reports, and analyses, contributing to the development of planning and control tools.
- Oversee invoice workflows, general invoicing, and contract management. Process invoice documents and payment transactions, supervise direct debit procedures, and prepare reminder processes.
- Administer bank accounts, uphold authorization rights, and coordinate intercompany reconciliations and adjustments.
- Handle communications with suppliers, external service providers, and clients, ensuring that prepared documents are provided to the tax advisor in a digital format.
- Support general commercial tasks and projects as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed commercial education with a strong foundation.
- Relevant experience in a similar role within finance and accounting.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
- Exhibit a meticulous and organized work approach, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
