Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People & Places team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting employees in all personnel matters, drawing up employment contracts, and preparing payroll accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employees in all personnel matters, including recruitment, hiring, and personnel development.
- Draw up employment contracts and additional agreements on joining and leaving the company.
- Prepare and follow up on monthly payroll accounting in collaboration with an external service provider.
- Closely cooperate with the People & Places team and participate in various HR projects.
- Act as a contact person for colleagues on employment law, contract design, remuneration, and other HR issues.
- Interface for reporting and certification to the tax office and social security institutions.
- Manage our HR tool (Personio) on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- A university degree with a focus on HR or comparable training with a focus on HR administration.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in personnel administration and/or payroll accounting.
- Good knowledge of labor, payroll tax, and social security law is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in German and English (min. C1).
