Student Assistant for Leveraged Finance Team

We are currently offering a position for a

Working Student in Leveraged Finance (m|w|d) based in Frankfurt

Position Overview:

  • Assist the Team Assistant in coordinating and organizing both internal and external meetings, as well as managing travel arrangements for the team.
  • Prepare and process travel expense claims efficiently.
  • Handle the preparation of G%E Expense claims.
  • Collect necessary signatures as required.
  • Update and maintain customer lists.
  • Provide administrative support to the Leveraged Finance Team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieur).
  • Prior apprenticeship in banking and familiarity with accounting principles would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in the MS-Office Suite.
  • Fluency in business English is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • A collaborative team player who consistently exhibits enthusiasm and initiative.
  • Possesses a high degree of service orientation, flexibility, and foresight.
  • Availability to work on a weekly basis in our Frankfurt office.
