Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Zastrpay Services GmbH. As a key member of our distribution network expansion team, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption through strategic partnerships and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Management: Work closely with existing partners and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement, and grow volume as per sales targets.
  • Distribution Network Expansion: Identify, approach, and secure new physical retail locations to join Zastrpay's distribution network in Germany.
  • Negotiation and Onboarding: Lead negotiations and close agreements with new distribution partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful onboarding.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize performance by tracking and analyzing the performance of distribution partners, and implementing strategies to maximize transaction volumes and network efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with sales, operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners and alignment with business goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all partnerships and operations within the distribution network adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
  • Industry: Preferably experience in the FinTech or Entertainment area.
  • Language: Fluent English and German language is essential.
  • Collaboration: Strong client relationship management skills.
