Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.
  • Support the strategic evaluation of new projects and prepare offers.
  • Negotiate project and customer-specific contractual terms.
  • Participate in forecast and long-term planning.
  • Support the tracking of project and cost planning.
  • Coordinate global customer problems and review contracts with the legal department.
  • Monitor market dynamics and forward relevant information to sales management.

Requirements

  • Engineer (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration with strong technical understanding).
  • Excellent communication skills and positive presence.
  • Result-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Experience with complex products and products that require explanation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25%).
