Lead User Experience Strategist & Product Advancement

As the Lead User Experience Strategist & Product Advancement, you will be instrumental in refining our product offerings and propelling growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product & Innovation Officer, you will spearhead UX strategy and implementation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Formulating and owning the UX vision to enhance product offerings
  • Propelling product advancement through innovative methodologies
  • Guiding cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Interacting directly with clients to gather insights and validate assumptions
  • Establishing frameworks for feedback integration to refine product strategy
  • Championing UX enhancements across all stakeholders
  • Leading by example with hands-on design initiatives
Your qualifications include:
  • Profound empathy for end-users in a B2B SaaS enterprise context
  • Demonstrated experience in driving product advancement and optimizing product levers
  • Robust background in managing SaaS products for enterprise clientele
  • Experience in supporting strategic sales initiatives for enterprise clients
  • Leadership capabilities in managing high-performing Design and User Research teams
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and AI-driven solutions is advantageous
  • Understanding of the market research sector is beneficial
