Your Contributions to the Team- Performance Evaluation: Conduct in-depth analyses of our marketplace operations to effectively inform planning and drive performance enhancement initiatives.
- Reporting and Data-Driven Insights: Develop and sustain comprehensive reporting frameworks at the marketplace level to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Operational Excellence: Diligently monitor and assess operational performance metrics; optimize, define, and document new processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely with all departments to continuously uncover performance drivers and new growth opportunities across different regions.
- Strategic Analytical Support: Assist senior management with tailored reporting, business modeling, and other critical analytical responsibilities.
- A degree in business, information management, engineering, logistics, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a dynamic environment such as marketplaces, e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Python; a solid grasp of Excel and data visualization tools is essential, while familiarity with R is advantageous.
- A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes and execute tasks efficiently.

- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in German is a plus.
