Sales Director

As a Junior Sales Manager at agap2 Deutschland, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing key accounts in the engineering field. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also supporting the further development and consolidation of existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new customers in line with agap2's strategy
- Support and develop existing customer relationships
- Manage customer relationships and sales performance
- Interview and hire consultants who fit client projects
- Prepare and invoice offers
- Negotiate offers with customers until contract award
- Supervise technical and commercial order processing
- Monitor payment transactions
- Coordinate project implementation
- Ensure contact between consultants and clients
- Prepare regular reports
- Masters degree in business or engineering with a passion for entrepreneurship
- Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
- Outgoing personality
- Passion for sales

- Work with a well-established structure in Switzerland with a strong client portfolio
