Join Our Team: Supplier Quality Engineer

Gi Group Deutschland GmbH is on the lookout for a dedicated Supplier Quality Engineer to enhance the quality assurance processes within a prominent medical technology firm. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to maintaining high standards in product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate products sourced from external suppliers.
  • Implement and uphold quality standards with supplier partners.
  • Define quality requirements for various development initiatives.
  • Oversee qualification processes for components and finished products.
  • Enhance supplier delivery quality and outline specific requirements.
  • Conduct periodic supplier visits to ensure production quality.
  • Address supplier complaints and manage validation processes.
  • Assist in the preparation for supplier audits.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, ideally in Medical Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing, medical technology, or production environments.
  • Background in quality management, audits, validation, or supplier oversight.
  • Familiarity with quality management principles and standards.
  • Proficient in quality methodologies (FMEA, 8D, APQP, etc.).
  • Strong independent work ethic coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel for supplier engagements.
