About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at format h digital GmbH. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and report defects to development teams, and work with them to resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in testing tools and technologies
