**Job Summary**

Bishop GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aerospace industry clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage complex quality issues and lead continuous improvement projects
  • Monitor process performance and product adherence to industry standards
  • Develop and maintain quality reporting indicators, including product quality, corrective action management, and customer satisfaction
  • Define and update quality standards and processes
  • Establish an efficient Corrective Action Management system
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer quality issues and provide feedback to prevent future occurrences
  • Report quality performance indicators to inform inspection planning

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to interact with all management levels
  • Ability to summarize complex industrial situations in a clear and concise manner
  • Autonomous, proactive spirit, and strong problem-solving skills

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Aviation or Quality Assurance
  • DFMEA knowledge is an asset
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Google Workspace and Skywise knowledge are an asset
