Your Responsibilities
  • Become a part of our Closer Team, concentrating on B2B sales.
  • Engage with potential clients by following up on leads provided by the Sales Hunters.
  • Convince organizations to select our recruitment solutions and successfully finalize deals.
  • Establish connections with key decision-makers through effective dialogue.
  • Facilitate the transition of new clients to the Account Management team for ongoing assistance.
  • Acquire knowledge about recruitment practices across diverse sectors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or B2B sales.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and team-focused individuals.
  • Determined to excel and enhance team outcomes.
  • Proficient in negotiation and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a persistent mindset.
  • Self-starter, dependable, and motivated.
