Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist in Lead Management. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing competent customer support, handling pricing and quote generation, and managing external tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or contact form inquiries
  • Generate and manage pricing and quotes for B2B customers
  • Act as the central point of contact between customers and Jacob Elektronik GmbH to ensure optimal customer care

Requirements:

  • Vocational training program or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in sales or customer service (ideally)
  • High self-motivation and good organizational skills
  • Fluent German language skills
