Position Overview:

Criteo is on the lookout for a driven and seasoned professional to become part of the Enterprise Central Europe team as a Retail Media Sales Manager CEU, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with client contacts within your designated book of business to secure new opportunities and enhance the utilization of Criteo's offerings, which encompass both Retail Media and Marketing Solutions (including Retargeting, Acquisition & Retention).
  • Proactively seek out and present to client contacts to boost revenue within your assigned portfolio.
  • Oversee client relationships from initial engagement through to post-sales, aiming to establish enduring partnerships that foster sustainable, repeat business.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Criteo's suite of solutions, articulate key performance indicators for campaigns, and leverage this knowledge to drive new business within your client portfolio.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner and advisor for your client counterparts, nurturing and maintaining a robust network within your book of business.
  • Achieve revenue growth targets aligned with Criteo's quarterly objectives.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the DACH / Central European brand and media agency landscape, along with a solid grasp of the digital advertising sector.
  • Preferably, experience in Retail Media or audience-focused display campaigns across the open web (such as retargeting, acquisition, and retention initiatives).
  • Well-connected within the major agency groups and/or with brand advertisers and retail media agencies, as well as within the broader online industry.
  • Demonstrated capability to influence, persuade, and negotiate in complex scenarios.
  • Proven ability to deliver strong results in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Collaborative team player, working both internally and externally to identify, present, and secure opportunities with new agency clients.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to operate with integrity in all situations.
  • Business proficiency in both German and English.
