Position Overview:
We are seeking a (Senior) Finance Transformation Manager for End-to-End Processes (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our Finance function through innovative transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to spearhead new concepts and models aimed at optimizing and transforming essential Finance E2E processes, ensuring alignment with future challenges.
- Leverage your strengths in cross-functional collaboration to coordinate action projects, acting as a liaison between finance line functions and business units.
- Drive the Finance Transformation agenda in close partnership with the Finance Transformation Culture Team.
- Integrate technological solutions into optimization initiatives in collaboration with digital teams, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Facilitate best-practice exchanges for stakeholders and support the Finance Transformation Management Team in effective communication with senior leadership.
- A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive experience in finance, process management, or project management, particularly in agile environments.
- A collaborative team player with a vibrant personality capable of inspiring others.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English, with a focus on leveraging team strengths for transformative change.
- A proactive attitude combined with analytical and structured problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
