Global Supply Chain Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Supply Chain Strategist. As a key member of our supply chain leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term supply chain strategies, supporting annual strategy development, and coordinating cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive alignment and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Support:
  • Assist the Global Head in developing and implementing long-term supply chain strategies
  • Support annual strategy development and planning process
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops
Leadership Support:
  • Coordinate the global SC Leadership Team on behalf of the Global Head
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures
  • Proactively identify topics that need leaders' attention or action
Project Management:
  • Manage and monitor key projects and initiatives
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues
Communication and Coordination:
  • Serve as a liaison between the Global Head and other departments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings
Analytical Support:
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Gather and analyze data on supply chain performance
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support the Global Head in engaging with external partners
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and collaboration
Administrative Duties:
  • Work in close collaboration with the Global Head's Executive Assistant
  • Manage the calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role is required. Proven project management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
