Global Supply Chain Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Strategist to join our team at Olympus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to the Global Head of Supply Chain Management, driving business growth, and improving supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Support:
* Assist the Global Head in developing and implementing long-term supply chain strategies
* Support annual strategy development, planning process, and communication
* Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive alignment and decision-making
2. Leadership Support:
* Coordinate the global SC Leadership Team on behalf of the Global Head
* Ensure adherence to and fulfillment of company processes
* Proactively identify topics that need leaders' attention or action
3. Project Management:
* Manage and monitor key projects and initiatives to ensure timely execution and delivery
* Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track progress against them
4. Communication and Coordination:
* Serve as a liaison between the Global Head and other departments
* Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
5. Analytical Support:
* Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Gather and analyze data on supply chain performance
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Support the Global Head in engaging with external partners
7. Administrative Duties:
* Work in close collaboration with the Global Head's Executive Assistant
* Maintain an overview of current topics
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role
* Proven project management skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
