Job Title: Global Solutions Designer

We are seeking a highly ambitious and technically skilled Global Solution Designer to design and pitch tailored solutions and value propositions that enable our clients to deliver their strategic drivers.

About the Role:
  • Support the Sales organization in the customer engagement through opportunity assessments in order to provide go/no-go recommendations.
  • Obtain deep knowledge of the customers' requirements and perform whiteboard sessions and advanced supply chain analysis if required.
  • Create a clear problem statement and as-is baseline.
  • Design and document tailored solutions, value propositions, and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate pricing and solutions design feasibility.
  • Prepare and present the value proposition highlighting quantifiable improvements on critical supply chain value components and support the commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure a smooth handover with the Implementation team and monitor the solution is implemented as designed.
About You:
  • Expert knowledge of the International Supply Chain market, products, systems, processes, infrastructure, and best practices.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and similar tools for working with large amounts of data.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a track record of successful solution designs delivered in the area of supply chain, order management, and/or lead logistics.
  • Solid understanding of the global sea freight forwarding industry based on extensive industry experience.
  • Creative, innovative, out-of-the-box, and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information, processes, and solutions clearly.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
