Key Responsibilities

Your Role in Brief

We are seeking a certified Financial Specialist to join our Finance team in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will assist our teams in Germany and Austria with all financial processes related to their daily operations, including managing supplier invoices, aiding employees with payroll and expense management, participating in the company's monthly and quarterly financial closings, and more. Reporting to the Company Controller based in Israel.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Processing vendor invoices and payments
  • Reviewing expense reports
  • Managing payment of expense reports and ensuring proper accounting treatment
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Participating in the company's month-end and quarter-end closing processes
  • Assisting with HR functions - onboarding new employees, managing employment contracts, etc.
  • Supporting Payroll processes
Qualifications

Your Knowledge & Skills

What You Should Bring to the Table:

  • Certified Accountant
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant in an international organization
  • Solid understanding of tax regulations (essential for Germany / advantageous for Austria)
  • Experience with ERP systems - SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Knowledge of Payroll-related processes
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent/native proficiency in German
  • Good command of professional English
