About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Finance Consultant to join our team at msg global solutions. As a key member of our Finance Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving successful projects and Proof of Concepts (PoC) around SAP Finance in the Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects with a focus on SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) in an international team of experts.
  • Present our products to potential new customers, including actuarial, accounting, and IT departments.
  • Collaborate with customers to run scoping workshops and configure SAP FPSL, providing active support for system implementation.
  • Analyze customer specifications and ensure alignment with governmental requirements, such as IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 or U.S. GAAP.
  • Develop and deliver professional training for clients, including design and documentation.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in Insurance, Accounting, Actuarial, or SAP Financials.
  • Degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, (Business) Informatics, or Auditing.
  • Understanding of accounting standards, preferably IFRS.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with a quick grasp of complex information.
  • Project experience on implementation projects.
  • Good knowledge of SAP-Modules, preferably S/4HANA Financial Products Subledger or SAP Insurance Analyzer.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with good knowledge of German.
  • Willingness to travel and work at customer sites internationally.
