Position: Als (Senior) Financial Planning Analyst sind Sie ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Finanzteams. Ihre Hauptverantwortung liegt in der Unterstützung des gesamten Budgetierungsprozesses, um eine präzise finanzielle Planung und Kontrolle zu gewährleisten. Ihre Arbeit wird entscheidend zur finanziellen Stabilität und zum nachhaltigen Wachstum unseres Unternehmens beitragen.

Aufgaben:

  • Jährliche Erstellung und Überprüfung des Budgets für die technische Abteilung.
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Finanzmodellen sowie Erstellung von detaillierten Finanzberichten.
  • Optimierung der Budgetierungsprozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Genauigkeit.
  • Überwachung und Verbesserung der Budgetausführungsprozesse.
  • Regelmäßige Erstellung von Budgetstatusberichten und Analyse von Abweichungen.
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für alle budgetbezogenen Anfragen innerhalb der Organisation.
  • Durchführung von Budgetanträgen unter Berücksichtigung der Genehmigungsprozesse.
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Vorschriften im Budgetmanagement.

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion.
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung oder im Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil.
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und SAP; Kenntnisse in Power BI sind wünschenswert.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten.
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen.
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Integrität.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
