Key Responsibilities

Your Role Overview

We are in search of a certified Accountant to enhance our Finance team in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will assist our teams in Germany and Austria with various financial processes integral to their daily operations, including invoice processing, payroll assistance, expense management, and participation in monthly and quarterly financial closings. If you are eager to elevate your accounting expertise, this position is designed for you.

You will report directly to the Company Controller located in Israel.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing vendor invoices and payments
  • Evaluating expense reports
  • Processing payments for expense reports and ensuring appropriate accounting treatment
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Participating in the company's month-end and quarter-end closing activities
  • Assisting with HR processes, including onboarding of new hires and employment contracts
  • Supporting Payroll Processes
Qualifications

Your Knowledge & Skills

What You Should Bring:

  • Certified Accountant designation
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience within an international organization
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations (essential for Germany; advantageous for Austria)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Knowledge of payroll-related processes
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent/native proficiency in German
  • Good command of professional English
