HR & Culture Development Lead

Your Responsibilities
HR & CULTURE MANAGEMENT: You will become a specialist in all pertinent human resources topics within the startup landscape. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, organizational culture, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
TALENT ACQUISITION: You will oversee the recruitment process, from initial application reviews to coordinating the hiring process and conducting interviews, culminating in the offer stage. Additionally, you will proactively identify and engage potential candidates through professional networks, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout.
ESG INITIATIVES: You will be tasked with monitoring our ESG policies and ensuring compliance with the ESG key performance indicators established in collaboration with our investors. You will also take the lead on our project aimed at achieving B-Corp certification.
COMMUNICATION: You will serve as the primary contact for employees and external stakeholders regarding HR-related inquiries. You will address questions, propose innovative ideas, and assist in the execution of various projects.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Through both strategic and operational efforts, you will play an active role in initiating and executing diverse projects related to culture management, employer branding, and employee development alongside our People & Culture team.
Your Profile
EDUCATION: You hold a degree in business psychology or economics, preferably with a concentration in human resources management, or possess a comparable educational background.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: You bring 2 to 3 years of experience in the human resources field, ideally in talent acquisition and culture management. A demonstrated interest in ESG matters or prior experience in this area is advantageous.
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: You quickly adapt to new subject areas, work in a structured and dependable manner, contribute fresh ideas, and maintain an overview of your ongoing tasks and projects.
PROACTIVE ATTITUDE & DRIVE: You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, viewing them as opportunities for growth, and are consistently motivated to enhance your knowledge.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: You possess excellent communication skills in German and are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
