Your Responsibilities

  • Accountability: Oversee IT Service Management in the first and second level for cloud service delivery.
  • Enhancing Processes: Ensure the effectiveness of ITSM processes and contribute to the development of new initiatives and workflows.
  • Task Management: Independently monitor contractual obligations and SLA commitments.
  • Documentation: Diligently complete and maintain records related to cloud services.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work proactively with global IT infrastructure teams and service providers to guarantee contract compliance and superior service delivery.

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent training (e.g., IT specialist with extensive practical experience).
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in service delivery, IT governance, and IT security management; familiarity with service provider collaboration.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification preferred); knowledge of cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure); understanding of business workflow processes.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (minimum C1/C2); German language skills are a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset, analytical problem-solving skills, and a willingness to engage with emerging technologies.
