Your Role
As the Director of Organic Growth & Content, you will be instrumental in enhancing FINN's visibility through search engines and diverse content across various markets and languages. Your focus will be on devising organic customer acquisition strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute impactful initiatives. You excel in producing exceptional content and leading high-performing growth teams that achieve measurable outcomes. Your collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams will be essential in enhancing customer experience and driving growth.

Your Responsibilities
- Formulate an SEO and content strategy for organic growth: You will generate enthusiasm around the FINN brand and develop a comprehensive content strategy. Establish clear KPIs and adopt a test-and-learn methodology to continuously refine your approach.
- Create exceptional content and establish authority: Transform the content strategy into actionable deliverables. Collaborate closely with creatives, SEO specialists, and editors to produce outstanding automotive content for a broad audience. Simultaneously, identify backlink opportunities and implement off-page strategies (e.g., PR, third-party links) to enhance our domain authority.
- Encourage experimentation and leverage data: Formulate hypotheses and consistently explore new formats and strategies to drive growth. Utilize data analytics to extract insights and foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with a team of cross-disciplinary experts to develop a leading tech SEO product: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize our offerings for search engines and users, generate content ideas with editors and content managers, and engage agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
Your Profile
- Over 7 years of professional experience in fast-paced, brand-driven environments, preferably in e-commerce sectors targeting direct consumers.
- Proven experience in team leadership, organic growth strategy development, and maintaining a long-term vision with a successful track record of balancing priorities and achieving KPIs.
- Expertise in technical SEO and optimizing e-commerce websites throughout the customer journey.
- Experience in disseminating content across various channels while utilizing SEO and product strategies to enhance organic search traffic.
- Highly analytical, comfortable with numerical data, and driven by insights, coupled with a strong customer focus and a desire to deeply understand customer needs.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.
