We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Head of Organic Growth and SEO, driving our digital marketing efforts and shaping the future of our brand.
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and executing SEO and content strategies that drive organic growth. As the Head of Organic Growth and SEO, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases FINN's brand and values. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to optimize our product for search engines and users, generate high-quality content, and leverage data to inform our decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute a Comprehensive SEO and Content Strategy: Create and implement a content strategy that drives organic growth and showcases FINN's brand and values.
- Build and Optimize Content and Authority: Work with our creative teams to develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. Identify backlink opportunities and execute off-page initiatives to boost our domain authority.
- Drive Experimentation and Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop hypotheses and test new formats and strategies to drive growth. Leverage data to inform our decisions and continuously improve our content and SEO efforts.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to optimize our product for search engines and users. Collaborate with our editorial and content teams to generate high-quality content.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in fast-paced brand-guided environments, ideally in e-commerce environments selling directly to consumers.
- Experience in leading a team, organic growth strategy, and owning the long-term vision with a track record of successfully balancing priorities and delivering on KPIs.
- Experience with technical SEO and the optimization of e-commerce websites across the whole funnel.
- Experience in distributing content across multiple channels, while leveraging SEO and product to increase organic traffic via search.
- Highly analytical, comfortable with numbers, and data-driven - coupled with customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
- Full proficiency in English. German is a plus.
