Key Responsibilities

Share Your Passion
Engage with customers by providing expert advice and selling our range of organic bakery items and cheeses. Enhance the shopping experience in our Super Natur stores through your knowledge and enthusiasm.

Assume Responsibility
Manage the ordering of organic bakery products, ensuring they are displayed attractively and that the bakery and cheese sections are clean and inviting. Handle and portion our organic cheese products with care, maintaining their freshness and quality.

Foster a Positive Environment
Utilize your empathy, teamwork, and enjoyment in customer interactions to create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain composure even during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the bakery and cheese sector with a passion for food sales
  • Commercial training in retail is preferred, but we welcome career changers
  • Bring a friendly demeanor, dedication, resilience, flexibility, and a strong customer service orientation to our team
  • A genuine interest in organic food is essential
