Aufgaben

In der Rolle als (Senior) Product Insights Analyst (m/w/d) erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du bist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Produktteams und analysierst fortlaufend unseren SaaS-B2B-Marktplatz. Ziel ist es, datenbasierte Empfehlungen zu formulieren und strategische Entscheidungen zur Optimierung unserer Plattform zu treffen, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Entwicklung neuer Funktionen und das Reporting von Leistungskennzahlen.
  • Deine Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen unter anderem:
  1. Durchführung von Marktanalysen und A/B-Tests zur Generierung und Bewertung von Ideen für neue Funktionen; Modellierung von Produkt- und Feature-Launches zur Identifizierung der optimalen Kundensegmentierung und Veröffentlichungsstrategien.
  2. Zusammenarbeit mit Designern und Produktmanagern zur Visualisierung von Nutzererfahrungen und zur Erfassung von Erkenntnissen über Nutzerbedürfnisse und -verhalten.
  3. Erstellung und Überwachung von Dashboards für neue Funktionen sowie Team-KPIs; Festlegung von Basis-Metriken zur Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Funktionen.
  4. Präsentation von wesentlichen Erkenntnissen an Kollegen aus den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Design und dem erweiterten Managementteam.
  5. Enger Austausch mit unserem Entwicklerteam zur Optimierung unseres Datenmanagements und der Tracking-Fähigkeiten sowie aktive Teilnahme an AGILE-Methoden.

Qualifikationen

Wir suchen einen (Senior) Product Insights Analyst (m/w/d), der folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:

  • Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einem quantitativen Fachbereich (Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Statistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich).
  • Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in der Produkt- oder Datenanalyse mit und hast ein starkes Interesse an Produktentwicklung.
  • Du bist in der Lage, geschäftliche Anforderungen in analytische Fragestellungen zu übersetzen und handlungsorientierte Erkenntnisse aus deinen Analysen abzuleiten und zu präsentieren.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SQL und bist motiviert, deine Fähigkeiten in LookML und Python weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Business-Intelligence-Software (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen mit A/B-Tests gesammelt.
  • Du beherrschst die englische Sprache fließend (Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil).
