WSS Associates, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join their team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and modeling, with experience in the hospitality industry, real estate, or investment firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling, including constructing financial projections up to 10 years

• Analyze business data, mine insights, and benchmark financial statements to inform strategic decisions

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, working with assumptions and benchmark data to complete projections with limited information

• Evaluate equity research reports and provide actionable insights

• Conduct competition analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities

• Travel to hotel assets to conduct physical asset analysis and provide recommendations for improvement

• Provide project-related analytical and administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry, real estate, or investment firms

• Strong analytical and judgment skills, with the ability to quickly analyze data and make informed decisions

• In-depth knowledge of hotel operational performance and industry KPIs

• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications

• Excellent written and spoken English skills, with German skills a plus

• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly

• Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
