About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Gemma Analytics. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in empowering businesses with data-driven insights and strategies that propel their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform data into actionable insights, enabling our clients to make informed and trusted judgments and gain a competitive edge in their respective industries.
  • Contribute to the growth of our organization by mentoring and guiding junior data professionals and sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their professional development.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously nurturing your skills and providing thought leadership and support within our company.
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience as an analyst in a fast-paced environment driving projects and business insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability for critical thinking and reflection.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to leverage both SQL and visualization tools to generate insights for our clients.
  • Business Fluency (C2 or native) in German or English.
  • Preferred: You have managed to bring a data science model to production.
  • Preferred: You have strong expertise in one or more core functional data areas (e.g. product/marketing/operational/etc.).
