Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with business and technical Subject Matter Experts to gain a deep understanding of our operations.
- Identify areas of improvement and optimize business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Define the target state for process optimization and develop a comprehensive plan to achieve it.
- Collaborate with agile development teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in production triage and investigation to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation artifacts and serve as a business SME.
- Develop and maintain various types of reports for the business to inform strategic decisions.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Proven experience in requirements definition and change management.
