Cloud Adoption Manager

The Cloud Adoption Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a successful cloud adoption journey for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer activation and onboarding, managing adoption plans, and removing barriers to cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer activation and onboarding, minimizing time to first value and accelerating consumption ramp-up
  • Equip customers with relevant knowledge, standard methodologies, and best practices to drive customer readiness
  • Provide guidance on the Landing Zone in alignment with our Cloud Specialists team
  • Manage adoption plans, continuously monitoring and reviewing progress with customers to guarantee value realization
  • Remove barriers to cloud adoption, ensuring prompt resolution of SRs and escalations, and identifying structural issues affecting customer use of Oracle Cloud
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in tech cloud engineering roles with a track record of successful customer engagements
  • Passionate about technology with breadth and depth knowledge
  • Certified on OCI (or equivalent certifications from competition) – minimum OCI Foundations Associate level
  • Solid understanding of competitive landscape – hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high comfort speaking across all levels of management and IT roles
  • Project management skills, knowledgeable of common PM methodologies and tools
  • Ability to identify and handle escalations, and understand customers' existing IT landscape, business requirements, and definition of success
  • Fluent in German and English
