We are collaborating with a leading international technology firm that specializes in advanced 3D solutions, including printers, scanners, and software applications. This company caters to a diverse range of sectors such as healthcare, automotive, semiconductor, and aerospace. In light of their ongoing expansion in Germany and throughout Europe, they are seeking to enhance their German operations by hiring a Marketing Manager for the DACH and EMEA regions, with a particular focus on their medical device offerings. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from your home office in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager for the DACH and EMEA regions, you will play a vital role within the global marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing located in the United States. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the development, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the marketing strategy tailored for the DACH and EMEA markets. This includes:
- Leading strategic marketing initiatives within the DACH and EMEA regions.
- Collaborating with global counterparts to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and plans.
- Managing budgets effectively.
- Overseeing the creation and dissemination of relevant content tailored to your customer segments and regions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- A proven history of success in a similar marketing management role.
- Experience in the medical devices, technology, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of the DACH and EMEA markets, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.
