Your contributions will include:
- Overseeing commercial responsibilities within international proposals, including financial assessments and collaboration with accounting for comprehensive projects.
- Calculating and optimizing cash flow and Economic Value Added, while also supporting financing strategies. You will manage tax and warranty inquiries, as well as on/offshore allocations.
- Recommending tax-efficient business models in collaboration with regional teams and managing risk within proposals in conjunction with departmental leadership.
- Preparing documentation related to the Limit of Authority.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including Technical Bid Managers, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Scheduling, Tax Compliance, Accounting, Warranty, Currency Risk Management, Insurance, Legal, Compliance, Consortium Partners, Regional Teams, Suppliers, and Senior Management.
What you bring to the table:
- A master's degree in a business-related discipline.
- Experience in international commercial project management, acquired through internships or similar positions, with familiarity in the bidding process.
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, including IFRS and HGB, along with expertise in currency management.
- Experience in cross-regional collaboration and Transfer Pricing is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and ThinkCell.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
