About the Role:

IKL Recruitment Services is collaborating with a prominent Pharmaceutical Manufacturing firm seeking a Global Operations Strategy Manager to enhance their operational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities to meet business demands and improve operational capabilities for sustainable competitiveness and profitable expansion.
  • Playing a pivotal role in critical decision-making processes that shape the company's strategic direction, including M&A, significant investments, and optimization of the operational network (such as manufacturing footprint and distribution logistics).
  • Leading and executing transformational initiatives across global operations.
  • Acting as a vital contributor, collaborating across all Global Operations sectors to analyze, challenge, and derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Engaging in a rapid growth trajectory with ample opportunities to present findings to executive management.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field, ideally in science or industrial engineering.
  • 5-10 years of consulting experience with a leading firm or substantial background in pharmaceutical operations, including manufacturing and supply chain management.
  • A strategic mindset coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving, driven by innovation and a hands-on attitude.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and passionate about utilizing data-driven methodologies for decision-making.
  • Exceptional intercultural communication and relationship management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve optimal solutions.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Appreciation for a flexible work environment that balances remote work with in-office collaboration.

Work Arrangement: This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days of in-office presence each week.
