About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at DDB Germany. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-media campaigns and projects for our automotive client SEAT/CUPRA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cross-media campaigns and projects for SEAT/CUPRA
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on operational matters while maintaining a focus on company strategy
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative ideas and concepts that reflect current trends and consumer behavior
  • Work with the Strategy & Creation team to develop creative briefs for short-term, mid-term, and long-term concepts across all channels
  • Coordinate with creatives and strategists to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication within the team and across departments
  • Prepare and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure ongoing budget control
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution, coordination, and process management
  • Develop compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
  • Completed degree in business or communications or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of experience in client service or a similar field
  • Proficiency in German (C2 level) and good English skills
  • Knowledge of the communications mix, including classic, online, and POS marketing, as well as events
  • Passion for brand experiences in the automotive, music, sports, and gaming sectors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Motivation, teamwork, engagement, and flexibility
