Customer Service Advisor - France
As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our customer service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, shipping service providers, and manufacturers.
- Act as the main point of contact for complaints processing and customer inquiries.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high standards of quality and performance are met.
- Contribute to the continuous development of internal processes.
- Ensure cooperation with the accounting department to streamline order management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the back-office area.
- Fluency in French and German, along with proficient English skills.
- Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented work approach with strong analytical skills.
- Friendly, communicative, and motivated personality.
