Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our CustomerCare team as a Front Office Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels
- Assist the front office with inquiries related to payments, orders, cancellations, and returns
- Respond to customer questions about our products and services
- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to enhance our offerings and shopping experience
- Proven experience in customer care and service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic MS Office and other relevant tools
- Fluency in German and English
