About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Advertising (SEA) Manager to join our team at Flaconi GmbH. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful Google Ads campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Google Ads strategies to achieve ROI goals
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts, including setting up new campaigns, monitoring performance, and analyzing data
  • Collaborate with the copywriting team to create high-quality ad copy and landing pages
  • Work closely with the creative team to improve conversion rates and landing page performance
  • Provide weekly summaries and presentations to the team on campaign performance and optimization opportunities
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in international search engine advertising (SEA) with a focus on performance
  • Proven track record of managing Google Ads accounts to achieve ROI goals
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and experience with Tableau Desktop
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking systems, Google Ads bidding strategies, and Quality Score variables
  • Fluent in English, with good level of German a plus
