Junior Search Engine Advertising Manager

We are looking for a Junior SEA (Search Engine Advertising) Manager who possesses practical experience in Google Ads and Bing Ads to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of direct experience in search engine marketing (SEM) and be enthusiastic about experimenting with new concepts, applying innovative tactics, and adopting a test-and-learn mindset to elevate our SEA initiatives.

  • Design and execute impactful Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Perform comprehensive keyword analysis to pinpoint and target the most relevant and effective keywords.
  • Craft and refine ad copy for Responsive Search Ads, ensuring it resonates with our target demographics and achieves a high click-through rate.
  • Establish and oversee remarketing initiatives to reconnect with users and boost conversion rates.
Performance Evaluation & Enhancement
  • Track daily campaign metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Examine data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Apply bid management techniques to optimize advertising expenditures and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on ad content, landing pages, and other campaign components to consistently enhance performance.
Budget Management & Reporting
  • Effectively manage and distribute budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal spending and performance outcomes.
  • Compile clear, concise, and insightful reports on campaign performance and areas for optimization to share with leadership.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, science, engineering, business).
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Proven expertise in keyword research, ad copy development, bid management, and A/B testing.
  • Proficient in utilizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly and succinctly.
  • Preferred but not mandatory:
    1. Certifications in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    2. Experience with campaign tracking and performance analysis tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio).
