Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of SEM campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
- Utilize industry tools and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our SEM strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of SEM performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving successful SEM campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of SEM best practices, search engine algorithms, and keyword research tools.
- Proficiency with SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.
- Advance web and app tracking infrastructure knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Extensive experience in campaign management and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience in processing large datasets and presenting insights.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL is a plus.
- Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as French and German are beneficial.
