Über die Position

Als Junior Operations Manager bei Amazon übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Leitung eines großen, vielfältigen Teams und stellst sicher, dass Dein Bereich stets den Anforderungen gerecht wird. In dieser praxisorientierten Rolle wirst Du mit den komplexen Abläufen eines globalen Unternehmens vertraut und erlernst die notwendigen Fähigkeiten, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten.

Wesentliche Aufgaben
  • Förderung einer Sicherheits- und Wohlfühlkultur: Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Sicherheitsstandards eingehalten werden.
  • Analyse und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen: Du gewährleistest eine konstant hohe Qualität und Produktivität und achtest darauf, dass alle Unternehmensziele erreicht werden.
  • Teamführung und administrative Aufgaben: Du unterstützt und leitest Dein Team und förderst eine starke Teamkultur.
  • Leistungsanalyse: Du analysierst die Teamleistung und schlägst Prozessverbesserungen vor, um die Effizienz und den Kundenservice zu optimieren.
  • Kollaboration mit anderen Führungskräften: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Managern zusammen, um die Prozesse zu standardisieren.
Ein typischer Arbeitstag

Du arbeitest in verschiedenen Schichten an einem unserer Betriebsstandorte. Dein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards durch Dein Team und der Überwachung der Prozesseffizienz. Zu Deinen Prioritäten gehören das tägliche Teammanagement und die Betriebsabläufe. Du bist ein wichtiges Mitglied des Betriebsteams und arbeitest mit Kollegen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern zusammen, um die Anforderungen unserer Kunden zu erfüllen.

Das Customer Fulfillment Team bildet das Rückgrat von Amazon. Es hat sich von einem kleinen Team zu einer globalen Einheit entwickelt, die täglich Millionen von Bestellungen bearbeitet. Wir sind ständig auf der Suche nach innovativen Möglichkeiten, um eine größere Produktauswahl anzubieten und schnelle, kostengünstige Lieferungen zu gewährleisten. Unsere Fulfillment-Center sind der Ausgangspunkt für die meisten Amazon-Pakete und spielen eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem dynamischen Betriebsnetz.

QualifikationenGrundlegende Anforderungen
  • Abschluss oder kurz vor Abschluss eines Bachelor-Studiengangs.
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Relevante Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse.
Bevorzugte Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
  • Erfahrung in einer Logistikumgebung.
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
