European Go-to-Market Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Go-to-Market Strategist to join our team at Ecovacs Europe GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans for our home robotics product across European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the European market.
    • Develop and refine GTM strategies tailored to regional market needs and consumer behaviors.
  • Product Launches
    • Coordinate and manage product launches from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
    • Develop detailed launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive and effective product introductions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between European regional teams and global headquarters.
  • Marketing and Sales Enablement
    • Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools to drive product adoption and sales.
    • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market content tailored to European audiences.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, market trends, and consumer feedback.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, recommending adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed.
  • Channel Management
    • Identify and develop relationships with key distribution and retail partners in the region.
    • Ensure optimal product placement, pricing, and promotion in line with brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a GTM, product marketing, or related role, preferably in the consumer electronics or home robotics industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and market expansion in Europe.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
