GTM Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled GTM Specialist to join our team at Ecovacs Europe GmbH. As a key member of our European market expansion team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans for our home robotics product across European markets.

• Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the European market. Develop and refine GTM strategies tailored to regional market needs and consumer behaviors.
• Product Launches: Coordinate and manage product launches from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies. Develop detailed launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive and effective product introductions. Serve as the primary point of contact between European regional teams and global headquarters.
• Marketing and Sales Enablement: Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools to drive product adoption and sales. Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market content tailored to European audiences.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, market trends, and consumer feedback. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, recommending adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed.
• Channel Management: Identify and develop relationships with key distribution and retail partners in the region. Ensure optimal product placement, pricing, and promotion in line with brand guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in a GTM, product marketing, or related role, preferably in the consumer electronics or home robotics industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and market expansion in Europe.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
